Creamy tahini pasta
Making this recipe was the first time I cooked with tahini, and I have never looked back.
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 cups of Pasta
Onion
Garlic
Mushrooms
½ Tin Coconut Milk
Cheese (>2tbsp)
1 tbsp Tahini
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Cumin
½ Lemon, juiced
Peas
Method
Cook the Pasta
Fry the onions and garlic
Add the mushrooms
Add the coconut milk, cheese, tahini, salt, cumin and lemon juice
Add the peas and pasta
