Smashed peas
These peas are great in a sandwich or on toast
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 cups Frozen Peas
1 tbsp Tahini
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Spring onion
Method
Heat the peas in a pan
Blend with the tahini, lemon juice and garlic powder (add jalapeños for taste)
Serve on toast, in a pita or in a sandwich and top with spring onions
