Smashed peas

These peas are great in a sandwich or on toast

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen Peas

  • 1 tbsp Tahini

  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • Spring onion

Method

  1.  Heat the peas in a pan

  2. Blend with the tahini, lemon juice and garlic powder (add jalapeños for taste)

  3. Serve on toast, in a pita or in a sandwich and top with spring onions
