Spinach, leek and pea frittata
It may seem like a lot of eggs, but its worth it.

Ingredients
2 Leeks
100g Spinach
150g Peas
10 Eggs
100ml Milk
Basil
Feta
Method
Fry the leeks in a nob of butter
Add the spinach and peas
Whisk the eggs and milk together and add the veg pan with the basil
Bake for 20-25 mins (160°C)
