Tahini dressing

Elevates a salad or rasted veggies.

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 80g Tahini

  • 1 Lemon, juiced

  • 15-30 ml Maple Syrup or Honey

  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced

  • Water (to thin)

Method

  1.   In a bowl, mix the tahini, lemon juice and maple syrup

  2. Add the garlic and season with salt

  3. Add warm water until creamy and pourable
