Tahini dressing
Elevates a salad or rasted veggies.

Ingredients
80g Tahini
1 Lemon, juiced
15-30 ml Maple Syrup or Honey
1 Clove Garlic, minced
Water (to thin)
Method
In a bowl, mix the tahini, lemon juice and maple syrup
Add the garlic and season with salt
Add warm water until creamy and pourable
